Code In French Competition
In partnership with CAYSITI, Lambaye Learning Center organized the “Coder in French” competition. This "creativity and technological innovation" program trains and rewards the talent of young people who discover and learn computer coding. The objective of this competition was: learning, societal development and mastery of technological tools in entrepreneurial dynamics. Thus, 50 students were selected including 28 girls to take up the challenge over 5 days. They worked in groups of two and were trained on the idea design in concrete project and the development of digital solution through the ABC Code tool. During the 5 days of training, the children showed their ability to conceive of project ideas and to realize them through applications. The projects developed by the learners are focused on the objectives of sustainable development (education and protection of children, health, gender equality, environmental protection, etc.)
